Having owned horses and dogs for over 25 years, they have become my speciality as well as my favourite subject matter.

I have always had a love of the works of Munnings, Landseer and particularly George Stubbs, whose attention to detail and anatomical studies gave him, in my opinion, the upper hand compared to his peers. Having years of exposure to horses and dogs has I feel, benefited my paintings immensely as I have a deep understanding of the structure of the animal and this, coupled with my love of sculpture, creates a true three dimensional representation on canvas.

I have received commissions from Edward St. George (Governor of the Bahamas and owner of the Lucayan Stud), Derek Ricketts (Chef d'Equippe of the British Three-Day Eventing Team), Chris Parker (former member of the British Show-Jumping Team), Robert Knight (Director of Pedigree Pet Foods) and owners of racehorses in training with Martin Pipe, Mark Pitman, Pat Eddery and Walter Swinburn.
